Every TeachFirst client is assigned a dedicated TeachFirst consultant. Our consultants have a wide range of educational experience and include former classroom teachers, principals, turn-around specialists, and district administrators.

A TeachFirst consultants’ sole responsibility is ensure successful school teams by supporting district, school, and teacher leaders every step of the way:

District Level

• Whole-school PD planning
• Identifying district initiatives to be integrated into the TeachFirst model.
• Regularly tracking and monitoring school progress

Principal Level

• Quarterly training
• Developing instructional leadership capacity at the building level
• PLC planning
• Regularly tracking and monitoring PLC progress

Teacher-leader Level

• Quarterly training
• Developing facilitation skills and instructional leadership
• PLC planning
• Regularly tracking and monitoring PLC progress
• Ongoing advisor, mentor, and information resource throughout the year
