"The PLC's Challenge was to actually give the students the correct wait time. Some of the students are conditioned to just yelling out answers and this is where the PLC's had to remind and re remind students to wait and think. Success was with the students rereading. Rereading for the students was a definite plus. We believe this improved reading skills and comprehension."
